It has not been possible to take the Basic Civic Integration Examination (BIB) in the Tehran embassy since October of 2025. Because the situation in Iran is unstable, we cannot predict when taking the BIB will be possible again.
Exams moved to Ankara
You can take the BIB exam in Turkey, at the Dutch embassy in Ankara. The Ankara embassy now facilitates exams for people living in Iran. Iranians do not need a visa for a short stay in Turkey.
